Job Description

As a web analytics expert you constantly explore opportunities for website optimization.

Your primary focus is on web analytics. You translate business and marketing objectives into KPI’s, will collect and manage data with several web analytics tools, analyze them for behavioral patterns and/or indicators and implement insights.

Secondary you view analytics data in a wider perspective by using other tools and data sources. In your role you work closely together with developers, designers, data analysts and researchers. The main focus of the team is to improve the in-site user experience and subsequently conversion.

Other skills:

• Minimum of three years of experience in web analytics, preferable within the retail, banking, insurance or travel industry.
• Have an excellent understanding and experience with Google Analytics and preferably with other web analytical tools (e.g. Yahoo web analytics, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Clicktale, Crazyegg).
• Experience in advanced data analysis; data mining (e.g. customer segmentation, profiling, discovering patterns in visitors browsing behaviour) is an advantage.
• Experience with A/B-testing and/or usability knowledge is an advantage.
